Three months and counting…

I keep forgetting I have a blog…

So forgive me for what I have done.

I had pretty purple acrylic nails applied yesterday and I want them off already. Me being me, means I went to a cheap dodgy shop to get them applied and even though they look fantabulous, they hurt. And I can’t type properly. :(

I’m so not good at being girly!

Have I mentioned my flatemate is a drunkard?

“Something burning on the sidewalk. Fire engines, big and red, men in yellow. Me ‘can you help me get into my house?’ after much talking which i don’t actually remember, limber fireman clambers over fence opens front gate, start to climb stairs. Very drunk, probably stumbling up stairs. Very late also. Fireman and jess walking up stairs, fireman wants jess’ I.D to check that she actually does live here (after he has already clambered over the gate). Get to the door. Adam opens door. Firemen and jess in hallway, adam very confused, jess babbles something probably incoherant about a fire and losing my keys, adam looks less than impressed, apologised profusely, went to bed. Woke up with one shoe on.”

Her keys were in her wallet. She’d just forgotten she’d put them there. And Adam was totally freaked out by three firetrucks out the front… he thought the person ringing our intercom was a someone trying to get us to evacuate, not a drunk and incoherent Jess being escorted home by firemen. ;)

Whats news you say? I quit my job. I was planning on taking it easy, concentrating on uni, ya’know, picking up some part time work as needed like any normal university student does… Didn’t last long. I now have a new job. I still sell phones. Still full time. Different company though… it’s a nice change.

Today is my only afternoon off all week. I was totally going to make this thing a shiny new layout. But I just re-discovered Age of Empires II and unfortunately I’ll be otherwise occupied. :)
