This week has been ridiculously hectic with work and moving. I’m absolutely wrecked. Hence I’m being lazy and am not writing up a proper entry. I’m giving you a list. :)
- Condensing 2 households’ worth of things into 1 workable household is not as easy as it sounds. It could very easily be classed as painful. Two fridges, two washing machines, two giant TVs, two couches, two cats, 6 beds, 7 computers… you get the picture. We now have soooooooo much ‘stuff.’
- I fail at timing. Our home phone won’t be connected until sometime tomorrow (hopefully) & goodness knows how long it’ll take with the internet company. I’m glad I have a wireless USB stick… without it, I’d be going crazy. I really am an internet addict.
- D has an absolutely lovely view of someone’s bedroom from his window. This particular someone is an old man who likes to get changed in front of his open window.
- My cat totally owned K’s cat in the house domination stakes. Chewbacca embodies the very definition of psycho. Keiko is rather shy. It’ll be interesting to see how they get along over the next few days. Both of them have never met any other cats before…
- So happy I can finally eat proper meals again, a week of eating crap for lunch and dinner because the kitchen was in disarray is now taking its toll. I’m paying for it in the form of a weakened immune system and the world’s most annoying cold.
- I really really hate cleaning.
- The next time I move, it’ll be to England.

Dear Goodness… Why England?!?
I’m no stranger to moving, but I’ve never had to combine households before – sounds like it makes the entire process of moving 100% more painful! But I hope things are settling in well for you now.
Haha well I’m glad it’s all done and over with, at least. <3
Scotland is way better than England and you know it.
I’m sure time can be made to visit the outer settlements of England Chris!
Two big TVs? Awesome. One for the bathroom, in direct line with the throne!
Kris! English people have awesome accents! Totally a valid reason to move there! :D
And yes! Chris, you will be visited/annoyed. :)
As I heard someone say on Good News Week (I think):
England is the place where you can get a cold pie and a warm beer.
Why, why why?
6 beds and 7 computers? SEVEN. COMPUTERS?! Woah… :P
